FAQ

Annie Frost handles and delivers your order as quickly as possible. Your order is sent home directly to you or to the postal agent. Annie Frost is not responsible for deliveries that take longer than specified delivery times for the selected delivery method. We always do our utmost to keep our delivery times as short as possible. <3 Your order is processed as soon as it has been received in our system. Please note: customs and VAT are not included outside the EU.

Check your spam, sometimes it ends up there by mistake! 

The Klarna invoice normally arrives about 1-4 days before your order is delivered, but can take up to about a week after delivery.

All our products must be of high quality, but if something has happened during delivery and your goods have been damaged – email us at info@anniefrost.se Send a picture of the product and let us know what the problem is, we will of course help you in the best way we may. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be able to return a product, it needs to be unused and in
the same condition as when you received it. All marking, wrapping and labels as
well as sealing must be unbroken and in place. You as a customer are responsible
for the cost of a return.

You have 30 days to return the product to us from the day you received your package. The product must not be used and any packaging / wrapping must be intact. And the product must be returned with unbroken sealing. Mark the return with your order number. We are NOT able to receive the return type “Registered letter”, as this requires manual collection from a postal agent.
